While we strive to deliver a fair and glorious experience to all who dare to challenge the tides of battle, we recognize that certain matters may require a return of gold and resources. This Royal Decree sets forth the laws of refunds within our kingdom.
1. Scope of the Royal Decree
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made within the dominion of Dragon Siege: Kingdom Conquest, including but not limited to crowns, gems, battle passes, hero skins, siege equipment upgrades, and other virtual treasures. Physical goods or items from unofficial merchants beyond our borders are not covered by this law.
2. Immutable Laws of the Kingdom
Due to the instant delivery of magical and digital goods, most purchases are non-refundable once bestowed upon a player’s account. A request for refund may be considered only if the treasure has not been claimed, equipped, or spent in any form.

- The purchased good has not been used in battle, applied to heroes, or converted into other in-game resources.
